Early registration is strongly recommended to ensure your place at ESVG 2024.
Please note the following points relating to COVID.
- ESVG 2022 will conform to all local COVID related regulations that are in force at the time of ESVG.
- If it becomes necessary to limit enrollment this will be done in a strict first-come first-served order. If we have to cancel individual registrations we will issue full refunds for all payments made for both workshop fees and accommodation.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your family/group conforms to all COVID-related regulations which may be in force at the time of ESVG 2022.
- If it is necessary for us to postpone or cancel ESVG 2022 we will issue full refunds for all payments made, for both workshop fees and accommodation.
- If it is necessary for you to cancel your participation in ESVG for COVID related reasons, we will do our best to issue refunds.
